Arsenal transfer news and rumours: Matheus Indio, Edin Dzeko, Andre Santos
Arsenal FC transfer news brings in the details about the Gunners giving a trial to the 16-year-old Matheus Indio, who currently plays for Brazilian club, Vasco Da Gama. Many reports claim that the trial will help Arsene Wenger decide the youngster’s future at the Emirates side when he turns 18. The trial is reported to be a week-long process with the player hoping to move to a big club.
Indio has expressed his intentions of playing for a big European club, but is willing to wait for his chance. Talking about the trial with Arsenal FC and other changes, he said, “I’m anxious for this new stage in my life. I’ll spend a week at Arsenal. It will be cool, I hope I enjoy it. Of course I have the dream of playing for a European club, but everything has its right time. It will be a good experience. I want to learn.”
Arsenal FC has been linked to Manchester City striker, Edin Dzeko but reports suggest that the Gunners could miss out on the signing of the Bosnian player. The striker is reported to be moving to Germany with Borussia Dortmund as Mancini is looking to rattle things at the club. The striker is rated at £17 million, but City is reportedly interested in only selling him to a German club.
Arsenal FC defender, Andre Santos is all set to join Gremio on a year-long loan with a six-month break agreement. The player had become the subject of the anger of the Gunners’ fans due to his lacklustre performance at the Emirates side. The 29-year old was also a part of an inquiry by Turkish giant, Galatsaray, who signed Wesley Sneijder in January.
Talking about the loan move, Santos said, “I have the best expectations. They are one of the biggest clubs in the country. I’ve come to Gremio to be a champion. I am very excited about this project. I have dreamed of working with Luxemburgo. He is a top manager in our football.”

Only to Germany – so, it’s not enough that Mancini almost ruined top world striker, now he allow transfer only back to Germany !?! And possibly to Borrussia, team which is at the end of one successful era, generation which will fall apart at the end of this season, with almost all star players leaving for the bigger clubs around Europa !!!
WOW, I hope Dzeko will reject transfer to Borrussia and leave for Arsenal or Juve, or even Atletico Madrid !
