Arsenal transfer news: Isaiah Brown, Sanchez, Peter Cech, Danny Carr
Arsenal FC transfer news suggest that the Gunners are in the hunt for West Brom wonder kid, Isaiah Brown. The 16-year-old has appeared on the radar of the Emirates side and Wenger is reportedly tracking the progress of the striker and is pleased with the reports submitted by the Gunners’ scouts. Brown is yet to sign a professional contract with Brom, which has spike the interest of other Premier League clubs.
Chelsea FC are also reportedly in the hunt for the forward, who is evaluated between £1-2 million in present times. With David Villa being offered a new contract, the search for a new striker continues to trouble Arsenal FC. The Gunners have also been linked to Barcelona forward, Alexis Sanchez, for a possible transfer during summer.
Sanchez has not been able to find his feet at Camp Nou and with Arsenal FC running short on strikers, the Chile international could be a good addition; however, the Emirates side will receive stiff competition from Napoli, Juventus and Inter Milan. With Sanchez scoring just 5 goals this season, the Catalans will be looking to wash their hands of the striker.
Chelsea FC veteran, Peter Cech has ruled out a move to the Emirates side as he ridiculed the growing speculations about his exit from the Blues. The stopper said, “It is an interesting piece of news but it is such speculation that I think it’s not even necessary to comment on it. I know of nothing, nobody has contacted me and, to be honest, I can’t even imagine it.”
Arsenal FC is reportedly interested in acquiring Dulwich Hamlet striker, Danny Carr. The 18-year-old recently appeared at Anfield for a week long trial, but was substituted after an hour, which lead to the speculations of his failure to impress Liverpool FC administration. Carr has scored 23 goals in 23 games for the Ryman League South side.
