Liverpool transfer news and rumours: Carlo Ancelloti, Arda Turan, Mendoza
Liverpool FC transfer news suggest that the Reds might have enquired about the availability of Paris Saint Germain manager, Carlo Ancelloti. Some reports suggest that Liverpool FC owners, FSG, are not content with the results produced by the side under the leadership of Brendan Rodgers. The PSG manager is on the radar of many top clubs.
Manchester City FC and Real Madrid FC have also enquired about Ancelloti, who seems to be on his way out of Ligue 1 at the end of the season. The 2-0 loss to West Brom instigated the fans to criticise Daniel Agger, who stated that he deserved it, because he did not play well in the match as he can.
The Reds have been linked again to Atletico Madrid winger, Arda Turan. The Anfield side had earlier tried to sign the winger this season, but the deal could not be termed a success. Turan, however, has expressed that he would not be leaving Atletico Madrid anytime soon.
Liverpool FC are reportedly ready to offer Kevin Ray Mendoza Hansen a £1 million deal if the 18-year-old passes the two-week trial at Anfield. Mendoza was recommended to Brendan Rodgers by Liverpool’s head of scouting Dave Fallows. It is reported that the Reds have already agreed to a £1 million deal with Viborg, if Mendoza impresses.
Talking about the trial Mendoza said, “I look forward to trying to impress. It will be a great experience.” Manchester City FC and Arsenal FC have also observed Mendoza over the past few months.
