Liverpool transfer news and rumours: Fernando Torres, Moussa Sow, Vegard Forren

Fernando Torres back to Liverpool

Fernando Torres is rumoured to look for a loan deal to Liverpool FC

Liverpool FC transfer news hint at a major rumoured change as the January transfer window nears its stipulated time. Fernando Torres has reportedly confessed to his teammates that he would like to leave for Anfield on a loan. The out-of-form striker is rumoured to be planning to talk to Roman Abramovich for a possible loan deal to Liverpool FC.

Torres has been majorly out-of-touch as he reportedly plans to return to his glory days at Liverpool FC. The Anfield side is in need of a striker, but with the current form of the Spanish striker, it might be difficult for Brendan Rodgers to accept the transfer of the player. The Reds fans would be looking forward to see the dynamic duo of Gerrard and Torres in action once again or maybe things have changed.

The Reds are looking to strengthen their striking department further as they have set their sights on Fenerbahce forward, Moussa Sow. Liverpool FC is reported to be preparing a £10 million bid to lure him to Anfield according to a Turkish newspaper. Rodgers has already made a high-profile signing during  this transfer window in the form of Daniel Sturridge.

Luis Suarez can now breathe a sigh of relief as he will no longer be the single bearer of the Reds’ striking department. The Anfield side is reported to surge ahead of Everton to procure Molde defender, Vegard Forren. The defender is due at the Melwood training ground of the Reds on Tuesday to begin a trial.

Transfer news reports suggest that the trial of Forren could turn into a possible switch to Liverpool FC. The 24-year-old has attracted interest from Manchester United, Fulham and Sunderland as he plans to stay in the Premier League.

Be happy to see Torres back at Anfield on loan with a view to buy in the summer but only if he manages to find his goal scoring touch again.

Torres is so far out of form, he will never rebound. He's a softie mentally and is not good enough to help anyone anymore. Liverpool need to focus on Moussa Sow.

  16. Nobody knows how long a trend will last, but, this one is still gaining speed and popularity. However the trend was started, and however long it may last, I personally hope this continues for quite some time. I am sure many of my male counterparts feel the same way.
