Talking about the trumped up interest in him, Dudley said, “Anytime you’re on a team that’s a losing team and they’ve got a lot of draft picks, it’s going to be up in discussions. In the NBA, 90 percent of the rumors don’t come true. It comes with territory and doesn’t faze me at all. When my name came up before, I was a throw-in. Now, I think I’ve worked on my game where I could be a good piece or asset for the Suns or any team.”
The other trade names that Phoenix Suns are linked with, include Utah’s Al Jefferson and Gordon Hayward. Dudley could feature in any of these swap deals. The Suns are facing LA Lakers in their next game at the Staples Center, Los Angeles on Tuesday.
